By submitting this registration, I acknowledge that baseball activities involve inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily allow my child to participate in tryouts and activities conducted by The Game Baseball Club, Inc. I release and hold harmless it's coaches, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damage arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. I certify my child is physically able to participate and authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary.
